Hicham Oudghiri is co-founder and CEO of Enigma, a data intelligence company working with Fortune 500 organizations like Merck, American Express and EMD. Since winning TechCrunch Disrupt in 2013, Enigma has built the world's largest repository of public data, providing civic communities and the Fortune 500 alike with intelligence for KYC, AML investigations, sanctions screening, pharmacovigilance and beyond.
Prior to Enigma, Hicham managed the private sustainable finance program at BMCE Bank, in partnership with the World Bank Group, where he created energy models for large-scale alternative energy projects across Africa.
